How do people have time to exercise?? It is 3o degrees outside, and I have two kids that refuse to nap at the same time! I decided that I need to find a way to squeeze in a workout at home. I found the BEST free YouTube channel, I love it! I do two 10 minute videos everyday. So far, I have managed to have at least 30 minutes of an overlapping nap schedule. I push my coffee table out of the way, lay an awesome yoga mat down and finally squeeze in some exercise! It makes me feel so much better, and relaxed. The only cost was a new yoga mat. My old one was so thin, that it hurt to do some of the pilates moves on the floor. I upgraded to a thicker, stronger mat and it has made all the difference!
