Upping the Ante

I have been working out consistently lately, and I started with a new more intense workout routine. I try to fit in something active during Nora's nap time, since she clearly does not understand the idea of me needing some time without her crawling all over me :) I have started doing Barre3 workouts. Barre workouts mix balance,strength and flexibility and really work your body. The site charges $15/month and you have access to unlimited Barre3 videos ranging from 10 minutes-60minutes. The site provides recipes and other healthy lifestyle ideas. All you need to get an amazing workout is a way to watch the videos, a good yoga mat, weights ( I use 2lb weights- they get heavy fast!) and a Barre3 ball. I promise you will see results within one week, and feel results within one day!! 

The best thing about Barre3 is if you only have 10 minutes to spare, you can still get a good workout. I just moved up to the 40 minute routines, and I have yet to make it through one session without taking a water break... it is no joke, and I love it!
